Fuel resistant asphalt additive made with recycled PET plastic
NEWTLAC® is an environmentally friendly polymeric asphalt additive containing roughly 40% recycled PET plastic that is chemically reacted onto the polymer structure. The additive can be added to hot-mix asphalt at the plant or to the asphalt binder. The additive maintains the original performance grade of the base binder while providing improved resistance to fuel damage and permanent deformation. This makes it ideal for truck stops and commercial parking lots, adding years to the life of the pavement and significantly reducing repair and maintenance costs.
